In a world that is often fast paced and busy, taking care of ourselves often gets placed aside. Join Reiki Master and meditation teacher Christine Buck for this lovely event. Spend some time remembering ways to connect to your own mind, body and spirit. Relax and restore yourself as Christine guides you on a reiki infused meditative journey. During the journey Christine will be giving Reiki to all participants who would like to receive.
