Happiness Jars
We will be decorating jars and then filling them up with post it papers that have different ideas on ways to boost our happiness. For example all the blue post it could be for days we feel tired. This may include nap, tea, mindful chocolate eating, drawing. Red papers could be for angry days maybe walking, exercise, tapping could be written for these days. This class will include a self-love meditation after we create the jars.

In this class students will be introduced to the world of Reiki. They will learn the exciting history of Reiki. Students will leave with the ability to give themselves Reiki. They will learn the hand positioning, reiki techniques, and become attuned to the Reiki energy. All students will receive a certificate upon completion.

In this class students will be attuned to the three Usui Reiki symbols. They will learn the hand positioning for giving others Reiki treatments. Students will also learn special techniques for sending Reiki, for clearing and for sending Reiki across distances. Upon completion all students will receive a certificate.
