Each month my mom and I pick a different theme to bring to you guys. We have done everything from self-love, to water, to the moon and this month we decided to talk about chakras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The chakra theme was a bit more complex than the others. We got a little lost with the original route we were taking. Our final talk was a lot of science. We love having scientific studies to support the holistic methods we use but when we read the talk out loud it felt wrong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It wasn\u2019t until my mom and I were sitting at a Reiki share that it hit me. I forgot to ask myself a very important question, a question that we should always ask ourselves before doing something. Why am I doing this? What is the purpose?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I realized the purpose is always the same at every event. It is to show you all the different ways that you can connect to your deepest self. It is to offer you an event that has you leaving feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. It is to offer you a myriad of tools to add to your tool belt so that you can find that ones that resonate with you and become the best version of you there is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All the verbiage was blocking the spirit. So we erased the whole thing and started over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I share this with you so that you can also ask yourself this question. It is so easy to get lost in the doing that we forget the being-ness within. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why do you do the things you do? What is the deeper meaning beneath it all?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
